Returns, Exchange and Delivery
An unceasing brand like Greenfinch is more or less assurance of sending you a product that you will absolutely adore.
If there is any Issues related to sizes, please reported within 3 days of delivery to our official email: info@greenfinch.net.in. Our team will address your issues within 24-48 working hours. If your address is serviceable, then our delivery partner will pick up the product from the given address. If your area pincode is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self ship the product to our office address (given in the Contact Us page). Alteration will be done at no extra cost.
All the products offered by Greenfinch are exclusive and are a result of the hard work and effort of our artisians, which is priceless. Hence, as a policy, we do not cater to any requests for returns and refunds. In case of any wrong or missing item or in any improbable situation, if you are unhappy with our product or facing any issue, report within 3 days of delivery and team Greenfinch would be happy to assist you. You can write to us at info@greenfinch.net.in and we will initiate a refund in form of store credits or via the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
On average, any order that has been made online is shipped within 7 business days from the day of placing an order. We believe in complete transparency and hence, will make sure to keep you updated in case of any delay in production.
Domestic (India) Delivery will take 5-7 working days from the Shipping Date.
International Delivery will take 15-20 days from the Shipping Date.
Greenfinch reserves its right to deny any return or exchange requests that may be a result of careless handling of the product by the customers.
