Cancellation policy
You can cancel an order when it is in packed status, as long as the cancel option is available on Website/PWA. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made within 7-10 working days.
To cancel your order, Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of the Website/PWA and then select the item or order you want to cancel.
Shipping & Returns
An unceasing brand like Greenfinch is more or less assurance of sending you a product that you will absolutely adore. In any improbable situation, if you are unhappy with our product or facing any issue, team Greenfinch would be happy to assist you.
On average, any order that has been made online is shipped within 10 business days from the day of placing an order. We believe in complete transparency and hence, will make sure to keep you updated in case of any delay in production.
Shipping within India
Orders that are paid online via debit card, credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Net Banking or bank transfer and are shipped within India, gets the benefit of free shipping.
International Shipping
The international shipping charges vary according to the delivery address and will be automatically flash after you successfully feed the shipping address.
Mode of Communication
Any communication related to the orders will be done via email may it be the "Order Confirmation" or the "Order Dispatch Update". The email with Shipment details will also contain a tracking code from our courier delivery partners through which you can easily track your shipment.
Greenfinch will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping address or contact information. We hereby request you to check the details at the time of placing an order.
Express shipping can be arranged on special requests.
Refund
All the products offered by Greenfinch are exclusive and are a result of the hard work and effort of our artisians, which is priceless. Hence, as a policy, we do not cater to any requests for refunds. In case of any wrong or missing item, you can intimate our sales team at info@greenfinch.net.in and we will initiate a refund in form of store credits or via the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
Exchange & Return Policy
Issues related to sizes and damaged goods can be reported within 3 days of delivery, to our official email: info@greenfinch.net.in. Our team will address your issues within 24-48 working hours.
Greenfinch reserves its right to deny any return or exchange requests that may be a result of careless handling of the product by the customers.
